Chef's kitchen -- chef's sink --chef's faucet
ezmuny✓ Verified Purchase•August 31, 2018
This was a beautifully made, commercial class faucet. -- But we had to return it because it was a beast, even in our large kitchen. Because of the reach provided by the hose arch, this is intended for use with sink tubs that are at least 1.5 times the size of the common kitchen sink. If you are putting a "chef's kitchen" in your house this is perfect.
Works great, good customer support, minor issue with on demand water heaters

Update September 8, 2018 - noticed a potential issue for people who have on demand water heaters. As many pointed out in other reviews this faucet has a pretty strong water flow and it tends to spray a little too much. If you have a regular water heater - no problem, just reduce the water flow and you are all set. I have an on demand water heater that requires a certain minimum water flow rate to continue heating the water. When I tried reducing the water flow enough to eliminate the spraying that also ended up shutting off the water heater. Not a huge problem, but I wish there was an adjustment in the nozzle to reduce the strength of the jet without reducing the water flow rate.
Original review - My experience with it so far, including installation has been very good. I even had to call customer support (my own error - didn't look at the product carefully) and they were very good - got connected right away, and they answered my questions. The installation took a lot longer than I expected because I didn't have the counter top under the installation hole (just the steel of the sink itself). Because of the weight of the faucet and the cheap sink that it was going into I decided to provide some reinforcement. A strip of 3/4" plywood (about 2.75" wide) with a 1 1/8 hole in it under the sink did the trick. I've seen recommendations for the second person to help installing and I didn't really need that. If it weren't for the need to make the reinforcement the installation would probably only take 10 minutes (after removal of the old faucet).
The only recommendation I would make is to improve the "alignment" picture - the one that shows how to align the faucet and the metal piece it connects to.

This faucet is solid! It mounted to our granite countertop very easily and is rock solid! It looks great and has worked perfectly so far. The water pressure is higher than the faucet it replaced , which is nice. Its heavy in the box and you can tell it's a well made product. We've had several compliments on it already. I couldn't be happier with it at this point.
You will loose grip and get sprayed in the chest

The only reason why'd I didn't give this faucet 5 stars, is because I wish the water pressure would be just a bit higher. With the industrial look, I was looking for some industrial action as well. It's good ... but just a little more would have been great.
Also, if you loose grip on the small faucet after you use it as a sprayer (and you're hands will get wet, so you will loose grip at some point), be prepared for the faucet to jump to the top of the spring and spray you in the chest.

Attractive sturdy faucet

This Faucet looks great, mounted on a deep basin Mowa sink.
The counter weight for the retract is a little too heavy, but it
gets the spray head back to home position nicely.
Mount and connections are easy, and secure.
The single arm adjustment for flow rate has a tight range,
but I will get use to it. All in I like it. 4.5 stars actual.
