Upon first use it broke off. I had it on a carabineer attached to backpack and it didn't even make it out of the airport before stitching came apart. Bowls seem great though.

So this item was not for my dog (she passed away last year) but my dog was everything to me. I purchased this item to send to South America to my cousins who had just gotten a puppy. I've had my share of portable bowls, and let me tell you that this is by far the best ones I've ever seen. That goes for quality, speed of service, and attention to detail. The zippered pouch which houses both bowls neatly opens completely flat so it can be used in case of spills. I know that it isn't the greatest thing ever invented, but i can appreciate the attention to detail, and best of all is that it is made of quality materials so it will last a long time.
