I just started breaking them in today. They fit very well: not too wide, look amazing. I'm getting used to the heel, which is a little higher than I'm used to.
All in all, I'm very happy with them.
I would suggest that you order a half size larger, as my toes touch the end of the shoe.

Fits true to size. I have a narrow foot so using both the included inserts helps to make a snug fit. There's no heal slippage, and the toe box is comfortable. Because of my high arch I do require more support from my 3/4 length orthodics. So I removed the standard insole, inserted my orthotic, and layered their yellow "corrective fit" insert on top of my orthodic. I also have some neuropathy in the balls of my feet. The yellow foam insert does help a bit with the pain.

Wow! What a difference these shoes make. I had heel pain and it stopped me from doing the things I love to do. But I got these shoes along with some compression socks and now I can enjoy doing the things I love again. Give your feet time to adjust to the shoes, within 2 weeks I was able to enjoy things again! These shoes truly seem to get rid of my heel pain, however, the insoles, even with the added inserts, are rock hard.
I also have pain that radiates under my pinky toes at the ball of the foot. Due to the lack of cushioning in the inside, it exacerbates the problem.
With that being said, they seem very well made. They have a very nice toe box for wide feet. And have super support in the arches.
I work in a restaurant and am on my feet for some 16 hour shifts. I might buy a size up and get some super cushy insoles as I like these shoes overall.
There are slip resistant. NOT NON-SLIP. The shoes are great in the FOH and wait station. Still pretty slick in dish area and tile in the kitchen.

Why does such a well designed, well made shoe have such crummy shoe laces. You have to stop and retie them over and over during the day. If you pull them tight they cut into your feet.
How hard would it be to put thicker and softer laces in these shoes. That is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
