They come in wide. They come with three inserts, so you can pick which insert is best for your fit! I walked for a while on the first day and have no comfort issues. A lot of cushy support in the heel. A lot of room in the toe box... I can't say enough about these shoes. The style in the color are really nice; I got the beige with the mint green. I love that they have height, so I can wear them with my flared jeans... I do not even normally wear closed toe shoes and I don't want to take them off when I have them on. The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! I'm on my feet for 8 hours of my workday and have a very hard time finding shoes that don't make my feet ache at the end of the day. The toe box in these shoes is not extra large, as is touted by the seller. Were it, so, these could be the perfect shoe. And, there is some manufacturing variation in fit. My toe was, right, at the end of the shoe in the first pair I purchased, directly, from the manufacturer. A little uncomfortable, but, since the rest of the shoe is great, I was hoping they'd stretch, a bit. It's the largest size they make, so I had no option, there. I took a chance, and ordered this 2nd pair through Amazon. This pair is a titch longer, and the fit is great. And, the shoe is great. If the company DOES, some day, make the toe box larger, this WILL be the perfect shoe for comfort.

I went out on a limb to try these out as my wife wanted some Adidas for Christmas because they're the only things that make her feet feel good. She's always on her feet she's a nurse and constantly on her feet. Every day she came home from work she would complain about her Planters fasciitis and her legs and her feet killing her and lo and behold after wearing these shoes for a week she is ecstatic about these shoes we are now looking for a whole wardrobe of just these shoes now. It would be great if they came in better colorways but the ones that we're about to order will do for now. Thank you
