I would say these run narrow for the Wide Size. Even though they come with 2 other sized insole's to accommodate the sizing, I would buy a half size bigger since they are more narrow than a NB wide Shoe. i am breaking them in and so far so far. It feels a bit weird to walk in these but my back doesn't hurt as much anymore. Maybe it's helping my posture? But my feet feel restricted since I am accustomed to wide NB.
