This is the first UV LED Nail lamp that I have ever used. After my friend helped me paint my nails in her house, I decided to buy one for myself. I love the time setting option. I did two 60 seconds increments and my nails were dry. It isn't the lights in so much as it is the polish curing that will cause some discomfort.
