I ordered Amazon prime and it was promptly shipped to me in 2 days as promised, which was convenient. I have this 3 stars because It's not really "Rose" gold it's actually a true Yellow gold. Also, the items come in small plastic bags in sets of three, all stored within a small velvet drawstring pouch which is nice. So far I have only wore one of my rings (the 8 mm. The other two sizes I probably won't ever wear because I want my ring to hug my nose and for that they are much too large). The metal is good and hasn't irritated my skin or caused any reactions as cheap metals usually do. I'm just sad that the products aren't actually rose gold like I had hoped so I will have to keep searching for a rose gold hoop.

Upon posting my initial review, which was 2 stars, the seller emailed me and apologized for my dissatisfaction with the size and color of the product and gave me a full refund. They also told me they'd inform the factory of the color discrepancy to improve the product for future guests. I must say their customer service is second to none! Incredibly friendly, reasonable, and accommodating. I will absolutely be buying from this seller again in the future. It is clear that they value customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5 star positive review from me!
