This thing is a GAME CHANGER! After an unpleasant encounter with a router several years ago that left my an index finger tip "remodeled", I have avoided my router table and table saw like the plague. They were honestly just a work surface collecting dust. I bought this pushblock in hopes that I could rip 3/4" laminate stock to 8" long 3/4" squares. This block has given me new confidence in being able to safely use my tablesaw once again. I can now rip stock much quicker than with my bandsaw. Be sure to observe all necessary safety rules with your equipment, but this thing is a MUST HAVE for any shop.
Amazing Tool

I have seen this tool in nearly every you tube woodworking video, so I just had to have it. When it arrived, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the packaging, and the assembly instructions were amazing. Though there were a number of parts, I was able to put it together in about 10 minutes. I am sure it's going to be the most used tool, behind sandpaper that I will use in my shop.
Not cheap but made well and worth the money

I was on the fence about whether to get one of these as they aren't cheap and I figured my other push sticks were good enough. I finally purchased one and I have been very happy I did. The quality of this product is very good. It is well engineered, the plastic is heavy, and it goes together easily. When making really narrow rip cuts on the table saw, the Grr-ripper is invaluable. It really holds the wood down well. The green surface on the bottom holds really well. It grips well but it isn't tacky so it doesn't pick up a lot of saw dust. Microjig also seems to really stand by their products and will help with any issues, so I feel this is a quality company. You may not use this for every cut (I don't), but when you need to make narrow cuts or rip cuts over the blade, this is a big help. I'm glad I finally purchased one as I use it quite a bit, and I know it will continue to see a lot of use in my shop.
It's better than you'd think

Great product... I wanted one of these for a while, though I just couldn't justify spending close to $60 on a push block that is just a bunch of adjustable plastic. My pride demanded that I could make something just as good with some scrap wood. I happened to get a $50 gift certificate and decided to give it a try. My opinion started to change even before I opened the box up. It seemed way heavier that I had expected. Once it is put together it feels well built, sturdy, and easy to adjust. Almost immediately I needed to make a cut on a piece of thin wood that was maybe 1 1/2" (3.5cm) wide. I could have made that same cut by hand, though it wouldn't have been safe and it most definitely wouldn't have been as clean. Maybe this is the end of band-aids on my finger tips.... at least for most stuff.
Such a useful push block

Such a useful push block. Great grip and easy to adjust on the fly. I use this with my table saw, jointer, and router. I bought 2 more for a total of 3 around the shop. They are really handy. I realized pretty quickly it's good to at least have 2 if you plan on ripping longer boards. The leap frogging technique works great and if you only have 1 push block you quickly realize 1 is not enough!
