I was trying to pull a new dent in a quarter panel that had previously been worked on by a Body Shop, where Bondo filler was used to shape the quarter panel. The hot glue and puller from this kit did not pull the dent, but instead pulled half-dollar or larger chunks of the body filler and paint right off the car. Not good but I can't fault the kit for that. I used this on another car with a small dent and it was greatly improved. You need to be patient and spend time. If you had work done on the car and any filler was used, this kit will not work.

Just bought this. Have been watching and learning online how to PDR. First time for me, but have been a body man all my life. Next stage is to give PDR a try. Parts in this kit is excellent. I was a CNC Machinist for many years and I can tell you this kit is top notch. Very nice handles, pullers, tools, etc... Nice anodizing, smooth edges. They did a really good job on making these parts.
Make sure to read the instructions. Sure I know, we discard those. But read these and get online to watch all the videos and training possible. You can swap bits, tool ends, around to different hammers, pullers. So check everything out and do some swapping around to different tools.
The 2 hammers are nice. Soft and hard rubber head hammer. The other hammer is light and can add different tool heads. Swap they around, even on the pullers and hammers, flexible options, look at your parts and do some swapping around. Very nicely machined parts. Hammers look great.

I bought it to try and make a Very hard to remove dent much better looking and it seemed to achieve that. I only broke 1 glue tab after beating on it quit a few times, glue came off with alcohol and a little work. I will try it on some more traditional dings and dents and will update later.
This isn't good to be a miracle worker, it takes work and time.

Some awesome tools, I bought some extra glue because the ones that come in this kit are... not the best. At first I couldn't get it because of the glue kept coming off, but then when I used my separate glue, it started working. This kit doesn't come with good instructions. So if you're new like me watch a video, let the glue cool down for a long while, in my case I had to wait about 45 minutes in the heat and 15 minutes when it was cooler. Also you have to wait until the glue gun heats up otherwise it won't adhere. You can see from my picture that the bridge dent puller uses plastic and it broke. I was almost done with my repair too, I think I'm going to have to return the kit. I was very happy when it started pulling out my dent, but very disappointed when it broke.
Update they sent me a replacement puller with metal parts.
