Received it today, very well made, sturdy and yes it does hold water😂 caps are also well made and they screw on & off very good! I didn't use the barrel wrench to open it, I used needle nose pliers, I opened the pliers wide enough to fit in the cap and twisted, very easy! There is a slight plastic smell but that's from the new barrel being sealed, a quick rinse gets rid of it! I recommend this 100%! Update: be aware one cap is slightly larger than the other, when you remove them be sure to screw them in the correct hole!
