Product itself is great, however, I did not realize that the "tiles" themselves would be different sizes on the 10x10 and 12x12 sheets. I ordered what I thought would be enough of both size sheets to get the job done but only realized they were different when they arrived. Didn't see this noted in the description at all. Regardless, I like them enough that i'm keeping both and just doing another part of the house with the smaller size.

Easier than I anticipated and surprisingly forgiving! We put this on top of paneling for an "in the mean time" fix while waiting to put real tile in, but this is looks and feels so real, I honestly don't see a need to replace this! Highly recommend this!

This tile is stunning. I couldn't be happier. Been on two weeks and there's no peeling. *Important*"”it is so sticky! There is little-to-no room for error. I started to stick the tile to my cotton T-shirt before applying to the wall, so that it would lose some of the stick in case I had to reset it. This helped a lot. You'll see that if you even place it lightly in the wrong spot, it rips the wall apart. The end result speaks for itself"”it made a boring wall so charming!

I found this product to be exactly as advertised! It went up easily after figuring out the perfect technique, took an hour for this coffee area and looks great!!

TIP: PEEL AWAY BACKING FROM BOTTOM TWO ROWS AND CUT OFF. ALIGN BOTTOM STRAIGHT W. YOUR BOTTOM GUIDE LINE. STICK BOTTOM TWO ROWS, THEN REMOVE AND STICK REMAINING TOP PORTION.

These sticky tiles look nice on the walls and are a good deal. They're fairly hard to cut in a straight line and it takes a few tries to install the first sheet correctly, but once I got the hang of it, the process went much faster. I did an 8 ft by 13 in section of my kitchen in about two hours. Going around outlets and the corners was the hardest. Definitely buy an Exact-o knife, a metal (not plastic- I sliced mine up a bit) straight edged ruler, and something like a wallpaper smoother to prevent air bubbles. The sheets are very sticky and I think they will hold up well. Follow the instructions of marking where the top of the sheet should stick and not just the bottom. I didn't do this and learned the hard way that the corners in my kitchen aren't a perfect 90 degree angle. After a little trail and error, I'm very happy with the results. They don't quite look like tiles, but for me, it's close enough!
