This system definitely works to whiten teeth. Everyone's teeth are different and I imagine everyone gets very different results but it isn't snake oil - it does do something! I have very sensitive teeth and have steered clear of whitening for years. During the pandemic I've found myself drinking a lot more tea and that has really discolored my teeth and was starting to get embarrassed about them. I bought this device since so many people say it's good for people with sensitivity.
I used the device as instructed. It never bothered my teeth at all. It did start to irritate my gums a little, but nothing too bad and only while I was actually doing the whitening. What I did find, is that I was incapable of keeping my tongue completely away from the whitening product (especially because there's a lot of saliva build up and spitting involved). It really hurt the tip and side of my tongue on the days I was using it. I had to stay away from certain foods which was a bummer. After the recommended 5 days of use, my teeth were absolutely whiter. I didn't have Hollywood level whiteness, but they were a lot better than they had been and I was no longer embarrassed. I could have gone on and done more whitening, but my tongue couldn't take it anymore. I will probably go back in a couple of months and do the process again.

I feel like I can definitely recommend this to people with sensitive teeth. I think everyone's whitening level will be different (some might be more or less than me) but it does work and depending on your level of tolerance for the whitening product, you can likely get to your desired level.

As someone who enjoys drinking tea (But I don't drink it too often.) and hates whitening strips, this is a pretty decent whitening kit. It's easy to use and doesn't irritate my mouth during and after use. Only wished at this price (especially with buying additional whitening gels, Glo Lip Care, and even another "Light & Heat Mouthpiece") the results would be more dramatic. My teeth weren't very stained to begin with, but by day 10 (The instructions say you can go up to 10 days of teeth whitening treatments when you're using it for the first time.), I think the whitening treatments only improved them by one shade, maybe almost two shades.

The whitening gel dispensers don't dispense all of the gel so when there's a little bit left, I use scissors to cut the tip off and use a cotton swab to use up all the whitening gel left over.

My biggest complaint and partial reasoning for the 4-Star Rating is the "Light & Heat Mouthpiece" is fragile enough for your teeth to pierce through the mouth guard that goes between your upper and lower teeth. This happened on Day 6 of my whitening treatment. The instructions don't warn you this could happen and I would have been more careful if I was warned of this. Buying another "Light & Heat Mouthpiece" is over $80 so I can't help but feel a little "ripped off" in a way.

When using this product for the first time, I used it alongside teeth whitening toothpaste & mouthwash, so I can't really say how effective this teeth whitening kit is on its own with normal toothpaste & mouthwash.

Overall, this product is pretty pricey to start with and gets more expensive over time (Such as if you have to buy a new "Light & Heat Mouthpiece."), and may or may not give you great results.

Absolutely a must have! Worth every penny! Don't think about it, just buy it! Amazing results and fast results that are lasting! I was seeing results after just one use. No irritation while applying this product to teeth. Applying the tube of of jel to your teen is pretty easy and doesn't tast bad. One jel tube lasts for more uses than instructed. It goes a long way but I use mine sparingly. I applied it every day for 6 days for 32 minutes. Yes its a little annoying having to do 4 sessions of 8 minutes every day but it's totally worth your time. Mouth guard fits comfortably and you will have a lot of saliva build up in the 8 minute session but the mouth piece will keep it in your mouth pretty well. The results are worth every minute of your time! I waited a month to do another 6 days worth of sessions. Yes I'm not following directions properly but I do feel like I waited long enough to start again. I have enough jel to finish my week out. I'm on day 2 of my 2nd round of sessions. The last photo taken today. Keep in mind I smoke and I drink a lot of coffee and tea. My teeth were so yellow it was disgusting! I will forever use this product and I'm never going back to yellow teeth again! I paired this with a tooth cleaning tool kit off of Amazon for stubborn plaque. Hope this help you.

My dentist sells this exact device for three times the price, so this seems to be a good value. It took me a while to get it up and running. The device had to be charged overnight before it lit up. I was worried I had a dud because the power light was on at first, but the mouthpiece wouldn't light up. It worked at full charge, though. The whole process is pretty messy. You apply gel to your teeth, then insert the mouthpiece for 8 minutes. You repeat that four times for one session. As you wear the mouthpiece, your mouth fills with saliva and you might start drooling, so keep a paper towel handy. After 8 minutes, you take it out, reapply the gel, then do it again. The directions didn't say how much gel to use, but each little gel capsule is supposed to be one session. I had a lot left over, so the next time I put on more.

You start by checking the whiteness of your teeth on a little chart, the check again after each session to mark your progress. I started at a 7 and am at a 4 after three sessions, so it does work.

However, the instructions say not to put the gel on the gums, and I've noticed that my teeth are lightening on the tips more than at the base. So, on the last session I applied the gel right at the gum line to balance the effect. Today, my gums are sore, so I understand why they say that, but what else am I supposed to do to get the whole tooth white? Anyway, I'm taking a day off before doing my next session.

I have sensitive teeth, and this has not really caused any serious discomfort. I recommend this device at the price I got, which was around $110.

This definitely made my teeth lighter and will use a second time to get them whiter. I recommend it.
