Good: Love the concept

Good: Love the concept, this item is massive. It's not your average home chocolate melt machine. Perfect if you're running a business. I needed this just for home. Definitely a time saver if you're using lots of colors for your chocolate ðŸ«.
Bad: Doesn't heat throughout. If it's close to the heating wand your chocolate will burn and if it's in the opposite side it won't melt the chocolate.
Tip: you can carefully alternate the individual bowls closer to the heating wand. Switching them back and forth and changing the temperature to high to melt and low the maintain melts.
