My husband and I went to a Kentucky Derby dinner party and this was a beautiful perfect little hat. There is a separate headband "” and the fascinator comes with a detachable clip. I put the headband on first then stuck the hat/clip through my hair and headband "” and it stayed place all evening. Hats can be very expensive and since this was a one time wear, can't beat the price for what it looks like.
