I occasionally use these (small) to pull my shoulders back in my standing wheelchair. I bought 2, they get criss-crossed from my shoulders down to the waist. My physical therapist introduced me to them.

If you are using anything other than this product - buy it. I was trying a bunch of different products to secure my thighs as a ambulatory wheelchair user and all worked but not great. This has been a game changer. Easy to use - blends in with professional or casual attire. Some stretch for comfort - I never really over-tighten this, even accidentally. Kind to skin. REALLY OVERPRICED but let's face it everything with a disability tag is. I will repurchase despite cost when I wear this one out.
