I just received this package yesterday and I tried this onto my son on his car seat. He absolutely loves it! The headrest and that supports the neck, and back he outgrew it already that I received from target on my baby shower. I recently bought a headrest from Amazon last week without the back support my son didn't like it and he was uncomfortable. I checked this product out from amazon I was kinda effy about it at first because of the reviews and wasn't sure if I should buy it or not. I told myself to just buy it for my son so he can be comfortable whenever him and I go out for a walk or go out to do some errands. I would recommend this product to friends and family. My son loves it!

Helpful to add a little padding for my infant who is a petite baby. She was ready to ride a stroller outside the car seat but is slender so needed something like this. It definitely does the job but it slides around and makes it difficult to get her in place. I wish there were loops or something to put the buckles through.

We're still searching a good car seat . After the Doona, We ended up with the cheapest car seat Walmart had to offer, I didn't like the how hard it felt. Tho this will only be our backup car seat I wanted it be comfortable. I haven't used this product yet but I'm sure the it will be much more comfy for him. Shipping was fast & cost was low. I read the reviews and figured why not. They are so right. This thing is soft. My baby sweats if she even looks at the sun for 5 seconds, yet this thing is super breathable and doesn't leave her back all sweaty. Plus she is so much more comfortable in her seat now, especially considering she'sa little small for her age.
