Overall I am impressed with this product, and it seems to be way superior to the other kits on Amazon. I initially bought it because of the bamboo stand, which is very sturdy and completes the look of the whole kit. I had the same problem as other reviewers with my shaker lid not fitting, so I contacted their customer service and Yuval responded to me in the same night (Saturday), and I received a replacement Monday afternoon. He informed me that the shaker lids which don't fit were part of a bad batch in manufacturing, but they've been phased out with a few stragglers still around. I guess it wasn't my lucky day. Overall I'm very satisfied with everything, and it's obvious that customer satisfaction is top priority to this company. I will definitely be buying from them again.

The set is as good-looking as the pictures show it to be. Each item has a good weight that you would expect from the way they look. Nothing feels cheap, in fact, quite the opposite. Aside from looking great sitting on a bar cart, or countertop, everything works great - I think my cocktails are even better now.
Aside from a quality product, they are made and sold by an even higher quality company. I had a minor issue with one of the parts, and when I contacted the company (on a Saturday night no less), I had a response from a representative (Yuval) instantly. Without question, in his initial response to my inquiry, Yuval had already overnighted me an entirely new piece. Needless to say, this kind of customer service was refreshing. Know that when you are buying this set, you are buying a good product from great people.
