Mounted it in front of my winch on my 1996 Cherokee. The 12 spots put out a little less down the road than my 180 watt LED headlights on low beam. All the other chips are all flood and do an excellent job of illuminating to the sides and up into the trees. So it's probably not the best light for high speed desert racing. But for trail driving in the mountains, it is pretty good. I'm happy with it.

These lights are exactly what I wanted. They look good in my opinion. They light up the sides as advertised, yet they are not over powering. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is that the day after I opened the box one was filled with condensation. I wrote the manufacturer and they told me how to fix the problem and that if it reoccurred they would replace it. all fixed and so far no problems. I would deal with them again.

This sideshooter light is great for the price. The mounting bracket is made of aluminum and did not sit well on the light, I used a grinder to take off the small lip so it would fit better. I also added silicon around the seams as a precaution because it was installed on a work truck and will be put through some tough situations. Its been a few months and they are still holding up, still as bright as the day I installed them, although I broke one bracket while at a job site. Overall 4/5 install, 5/5 durability

I bought these to replace some side lights that weren't bright enough. The 1st picture is the old lights. The second picture are these lights. The Third picture is a 850 lumen streamlight flashlight. They definitely are brighter than what I had. They are somewhat better in the flood category than the flashlight but a little weaker in the spot. Even with out comparison to another light you will see the flood portion is good and very evenly dispersed. The spot portion is more vertical like a cigar shape than round like I think it should be. The other issue is the wire pigtail that comes with it is only 5.5" which in my case resulted in a splice up on the roof. That was a bit aggravating as it wouldn't have happened if they gave me 10 or 12" of wire with the light. Another issue is the adjustment screws don't work if you are mounting on a flat surface. The allen wrench just won't go in the bolt head. I had to install them loose, aim and mark them and then remove them and align the marks and tighten down and reinstall. The other issue were the specs that were given. Obviously from the photos the lumen output is somewhat comparable to the 850 lumen streamlight which is way less than the spec'd lumens for this light. The watts are also stated as 120w per light but I measured it with the machine off at 12.6 volts and on at 14.4 volts and in both cases got 21 to 22 watts per light which is drastically different than the stated 120 watts. I'm putting these on a utv which has limited capacity from the stator so less watts is better but they could get the specs a little closer to reality so people can make an educated decision when buying these. All in all I'm happy with the result despite some of the issues with this light as they are very affordable, look well made, and put out enough light for their purpose. Update, Still Working good after a several years so I upped my rating to 5 stars. I think I am going to buy another set for pickup backup lights.

I purchased these to go to the right and left of the same manufacturer 18" light bar. The light bar is almost perfect (who ever thinks their lights are bright enough?) but these little guys didn't overwhelm me with what I was expecting. They are solidly made, easy mounting, very adjustable and will do what I need them to do. Go ahead and get them and you won't be feeling like you wasted money.
