Not an Epilator. For the price I figured it was worth a try. It does remove facial hair and it's completely painless, but it's an electric razor! It's not an Epilator which probably accounts for why it doesn't hurt. It gives a closer shave then my Panasonic Facial Hair Trimmer with swivel head...so I will keep it, but I gave it 3 stars for false advertising. I am not unhappy with my purchase or this little razors performance because it does a close shave...but I wasn't after another shaver. I'm disappointed that it's not what it claims to be...if it were an Epilator the hair would come out at the root and it doesn't. I wish sellers would keep it real and avoid the bs to sell a product. It's a great electric razor...there's just no reason to say its something it's not.

Works well and the charger is great. I wish there was more information on replacement blades as the ones I purchased I'm not sure will work.

This item beats any other method I've used to remove facial hair. it's fast and effective, but you can't allow the hairs to get longer than 1/4" or so or the little pink shaver will give you a big pinch.
