I used these to tack down the edges of my curtains where light creeps around the edges hitting me in the eyes when I'm in bed. The curtain folds hide the tacks. I like that they are flat headed and not those domed tacks. They are also substantial as far as tacks go; not flimsy or easily broken when hammering them in. I've had no trouble with them.
