Absolutely fantastic at mixing dough. One tiny annoyance: the small loop seems to have been formed to close to the middle loop. A small bit of dough usually remains stuck in the gap and I must pick it out while washing. Even with this small inconvenience, I did buy it again.

I like the ease at which this utensil mixes a bowl of dough. The long thick handle is easy on the hand and gives more leverage when mixing heavy batter. The only drawback I have found is the ease of cleaning, but a little soaking in water solves the problem.

I was impressed by the sturdy handle. I haven't used it yet on bread but so far a big thumbs up for making pancakes. The whisk gets gummed up, but not this tool. I've also used this on brownies. The choco chips and walnuts don't get caught up in the tines and it's a breeze to clean. I use a fork to mix the eggs but this useful tool is great for when you add dry ingredients. This is great for anything that says "don't overmix" like quickbreads, i.e. banana, pumpkin, zucchini.

I didn't think I needed one of these, BUT I have been making sourdough bread and this whisk makes stirring the dough so much easier! It's larger than what so was expecting, very sturdy and easy to clean. I love it!
