I purchase most other household goods on Amazon, I figured why not try it out. The fish was delivered in an insulated bag with icepacks to ensure freshness. Im a sucker for salmon. Atlantic, Coho, Sockeye...farm raised, wild caught...broiled, baked, sushi...big filets from Costco, Chinese markets, sushi from my fave House of Iroha. This is honestly the best tasting Salmon I've had. It was at my doorstep when I got home yesterday. I was super hangry so I quickly made a pot of rice in my InstaPot, sprinkled salt, pepper,garlic powder, dill and butter on the filet and broiled it for approx 7 minutes. It tasted fresh, it was tender, flaky and fatty. I will definitely be ordering more. Next I'm trying the cod.

I can't believe that I can find fresh Icelandic fish here in Los Angeles... FRESH! Literally caught and flown here in around 36 hours. It's the best salmon I've ever had. I love making poke bowls and eating the salmon raw!! Or on a pan, the skin is phenomenal and the quality is superb!! Ordering ever chance i get!
