I bought the StrongTek because I needed something to stretch for the plantar fasciitis. Love how it comes in two pieces. I keep one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom because I stretch when I get up and before bed. I also stretch during the day if my foot is really bothering me. I showed it to my doorman and let him try it and he was like WOW. It's also so light that you can pack on a trip, which I will be doing.
