This is my first ultrasonic cleaner, and while I've only owned it for a couple of months, it so far has done an outstanding job of cleaning the parts I put in it. This product is made in China, and is at least half the price of a US-made equivalent. While I may buy a US product one day to compliment this one, I couldn't pass up this product when I went to buy my first machine. It seems to be built well enough to last a while, and if it holds up to 2-3 years at least of good use, this will turn out to be an excellent investment.
Others complained of parts missing in the box, but mine came well packaged, with all parts and the manual. I'll follow up later if there are issues, but so far so good! Very happy.
