It is just flat black on metal, you cannot see the flag from more then a few feet away. They need to accentuate the Stars and Stripes to make it worth the money. Picture they post is doctored and enhanced! It does not look that good!!

I bought this to put on my new Range Rover. I liked it upon receiving it. As a note, I only hand-wash my cars, utilizing a proper technique. I take very good care of my property. That said, I've had it on my vehicle for about a week and a half, and the finish is already beginning to flake off. I unfortunately didn't get a photo of it, but if I can add one tomorrow when it's daylight outside - I will. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

In the picture it looks like there is a lot of contrast, almost like black and grey. In person, it is painted one color, black and from a distance it looks like a plain black plate. Just wish there was more of a contrast. I may paint one of the stripes a dark blue in honor of our brave men and women who serve in law enforcement. Maybe that will give it a little umph!

Great product and pretty thick material. My only complaint is that one of the screw caps popped off at the car wash. I can't seem to find replacement caps. Other than that, I'm very pleased with this frame and would buy from this company again.
