It is very soft and plushy. With both feet on it and standing, it is fine. But when I leave the mat it slides around. I never considered myself an aggressive walker, but the moment I try to walk off the mat it moves. It needs some rubber on the bottom to keep it in place.
Definitely worth it.

Brilliant mat great on the feet and a good size, would highly recommend especially if you have tiled floors. Doesn't slide all over the floor,great grip, fantastic.
