No shopping, no kitchen, no dishes. Lot`s of food. Interesting food choices. Also this is all fully cooked food , I was travelling in 100 degree weather , I didn`t want a hot meal , I just ate the food straight from the pouch, cold.. Happy camper. Of course I did heat a few up and that was good too..when the temperature moderated.

As far as the MREs themselves, they are MREs and serve their purpose with a decent variety of food for emergency situations and perhaps camping and budget road trips.
