I was skeptical after reading some of these reviews but don't let them fool you - these belts are great quality and the fabric isn't too stiff so it really contours to your body. My waist is 24-25" so these are perfect for me and they're super adjustable. I do think you'd probably need a relatively small waist to be as happy with these as I am.
