This orange oil doesn't contain an emulsifier. When diluted with water for general household cleaning, you must constantly shake this product or it will immediately separate. Much too potent to use undiluted. Unfortunately this item is not returnable, Amazon says "This item can't be returned since it requires special transportation and handling which we can't provide". Disappointed this information was not made clear in the description.

I found orange oil as an ingredient for a natural pest control formula. (kills fire ants, etc.) Then discovered what a great cleaning product it is. A little in a gallon of water really cleans ceramic tile floors and everything else (and it smells so good). Would give 5 stars except I wish it cost less. Still...you really dilute it so maybe it balances out.
