It definitely works great to keep you smelling fresh for most of the day. The only times it didn't work were the days I was sweating a lot all day. I feel it is too expensive for the amount you get and it doesn't last long. 4 sprays wasn't enough for me. I use about 6 or so and that works.

The media could not be loaded. Love this spray! I live in hot humid Florida and I use it everyday including days where I'm boxing or working out and I get no odors AT ALL! I used to have to change undergarments after working out if I needed to run an errand or two afterwards! This is specifically for odors caused by sweating.
