Hat is not adjustable as advertised

First off, this hat is not adjustable. I went to adjust the size because the hat was a little big and found that while there was a metal size adjuster sewn into the hat, it did not actually allow me to tighten the hat at all. The hat is also not very tall, which is fine for me but might be difficult for those with a lot of hair, etc.
Other than that, the hat is fine. I wear it and it blocks the sun and everything is peachy.

I've worn the same fabric Nike hat for years and love the way it has that special aged look. I am so pleased with this hat, the fit is better than expected! I have a hard time finding hats that fit well, my head is large and hats always look to small on my head; not this hat, it's a perfect fit. The bill is perfectly shaped, nicely curved. Lastly, the twill fabric is very nice looking and will no doubt age just as good as my favorite Nike hat. Glad I was able to find a new favorite.

Maybe I just have a pea head, but this hat is ill-fitting. It is too big and tightening it makes it puff out at the front/on top. I can live with that but what is awful is that is REAKSssssss! Seriously smells like it was made in a Smokey sweat shop. I've washed it and it still smells terrible. I'm not returning because of the hassle but if I could have a do-over, I wouldn't buy this hat. Unless you are a smoker, in which case, you probably wouldn't mind the smell.

I received my hat in the mail today. I ordered the khaki color. The first thing I noticed was the green hue of the hat. It is not the color pictured, but is more of a greenish tan. I could look over that. What has me really disgusted and displeased is the horrid smell of cigarette smoke coming from the cap. The smell is so strong and gave me a headache. I do not recommend this seller. I'll be returning the hat. So disappointed.
