Took this on a 2-week backpacking trip. Makes for a very good breakfast and is one of the only egg-products I found that does not contain milk. As a person who likes to hike but is also lactose intolerant, finding a breakfast that doesn't use milk is a big deal. Add to that it's tasty, nutritious and easy to prepare, it's a backpackers best friend!
