I tried this one to see how it compared the Amlactin intensive healing (the jar with the blue top) and it works as well but the smell is awful, the smell in the jar is not great but better than this.

I've been using it for a week and it does tingle when you apply, sometimes more than others. It doesn't have a weird smell, and does make my skin feel smooth when it's on. After 4 days, my skin has started to flake off despite heavy moisturizing daily, but I do feel like I'm feeling a difference in my skin!

I bought this specifically to help with keratosis pilaris. I know this is uncurbable but I was informed that lotions with lactic acid helps make the condition less noticeable and less bumpy. To my surprise, after 2 days of consistent use, it definitely has made my skin look and feel smoother. This is unfortunately not a permanent solution as after a few days of no use, the effects will wear off. If you plan to use this as a daily moisturizer for only skin affects by KP, then it is good. I would not recommend this for someone with normal skin as the moisturizing effects are similar to many other lotions with much better scents. This lotion has a medicine like smell to it.

I decided to give this brand a try but the smell of the lotion is really not my type of smell I would like to sleep with "¦ if it no smell at all it would be perfect 👠my KP on both my arms are clearly faded after a month use. My skin feels smoother but the smell ughhhh I have to really trying to finished the bottle still have a doubt to continue with this product due to the SMELLLLLLLL ☹ï¸â˜¹ï¸

I have ridiculously dry skin after a serious illness. My dermatologist recommended this lotion. I have tried so many things with no noticeable results. Surprisingly this works really well for me. It provides lasting moisture to my dry flaky skin. I'm not fond of the smell while applying this lotion but I don't notice it once I'm done applying.
It is a bit pricier than other lotions and creams but it does provide results.
