This product is super cute and encouraging for my 3 year old, but certain things could be made better. It was really hard getting some of the "chores/tasks" pieces out. They have bend marks now from me pushing on them. The board was all warped and I had to bend it to stay on my fridge. The piece that holds the stars won't stay flush against my fridge at all, but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere so it should be fine. Overall it's a good product, but those little things could easily be improved.

This is the second time I've bought this item, because we are temporarily fostering three kiddos and plan on letting them take it with them when they eventually go home to continue the skills they develop from it.
I'm disappointed because this one doesn't lay flat on the fridge like our kids' first one does. I even placed it above theirs to see if that would help, but it didn't 😞 The chore pieces don't lay flat due to this and fall off easily. Would love for this to be remedied and I'll gladly change my review then. We really love our first chart 🥺...

Very cute. My son loves it. I don't use it for weekly though. I change the chores weekly according to what he seems to be needing motivation for. Instead of names I used it for morning, afternoon, and night because some of them are done multiple times of the day and I really want to emphasize that with him. Since the chores are daily, so are the rewards. I made it to where he has to get all of his stars except one. So he has room to slack on one chore but he also has a bonus so he can make up that one point. His bonus this week is to find the back of the Xbox controller that he lost over the weekend. Since there are so many rewards I wanted to keep them minimal. Screen time has been the common one with this crazy weather. But they change so if he doesn't want screen time, he can go outside, he can watch YouTube, play the Xbox, whatever. It's his free time basically. At night he gets ice cream or dessert. On the weekend, if he gets 25 night stars from the whole week, then he can sleep on the couch Friday and Saturday night. He loves to sleep on the couch for some reason but we don't let him during the week since dad gets up so early.

It's a magnetic chore chart, and the the chores can be easily punched out, and are magnetic, sticking to the chart. The dry erase pen also has a magnet on it. The stars are foam and seem to stick well. It's good for up to three kids. If you want to add "chores" that don't have a magnet, you can write them on. It would be better if they would include some blank magnet that could be written on, instead. I am really happy with this product and would highly recommend it. I personally did not encounter some of the issues/concerns described in other reviews.
