Home Waxing is always a thing to be horrible, as you don't know how to do it properly and it can cause some problems. However this product is suitable for most. A month ago,I bought this for my wife, as she spent a lot of money on waxing/store. This warmer is very easy to use and comes with a manual which is very considerable and clear. Besides, they provide 4 packs of wax beads, very nice. My wife can use them for 4 times. It's just so simple to use. Select a pack, add it to the warmer, and then turn to a preferable temperature. Excellent product.

The wax warmer worked exactly as expected. It is very compact which allows for easy storage. The wax beads it came with however, don't really spread well in larger areas such as the thighs or legs. The wax tends to harden before a larger area can be placed with wax. I attempted to solve this problem by heating the wax more to make it less thick, but then the wax was too hot to place on my skin. I would recommend this wax for smaller areas unless you are willing to spend extra time going over large areas. The wax warmer itself is great! But the wax is just okay.

I can see why others have issues with setting temp. If you follow written directions it does not work properly. Set just above minimum and wax melts evenly and can be applied to skin right away.

I like the look of it and the wax is nicer than other waxes I've tried. Smells nice and is easy to use. The only thing is there is no control heat option, but I guess when the light goes from red to green it is at the right temperature. Def worth the money!

Product arrived in excellent condition, all items that were advertised was is the box. I expected the gray to be more like a dark stainless steel color tho. I docked 1 star because I have yet to try it out so hopefully it works as advertised and as others have reviewed.
