Not your typical glass..

These are marketed for travel and camping but I use them in my home. They are also said to be wine glasses but I use them for other beverages as well. They are really pretty. I love the colors. You definitely can't break them. They could possibly tear but it would take a lot to do. They are fairly easy to hold and the surface is so smooth and soft. If your fill the cups too full, they act like a juice box - squeeze it too hard and the liquid comes out. Perhaps this is why they are called wine glasses because most people don't fill the entire glass with wine. (they don't know me at all). You have to be careful when sitting them down. The base is flat but it's not as wide as the cup. If you don't set it carefully on the flat bottom, it could topple over, especially if it's a bit full. I recommend them as long as you understand the pros and cons. I wouldn't give one to a child at all. I don't think they would handle one well.

These are great for a pool area or beach areas where glass is not allowed. Glow is the dark is a nice added bonus. They fold up to be stackable for easy storage. My friends ask about these all the time and they get a lot of use.
