The overall size is perfect. The sizing for each entry is great. Makes it a lot easier to write the entries and read them compared to the standard registers that the bank issues. I am going to send some to friends who still write checks too. It would be nice if it came with a pocket for holding the checks, but good for the price.

Entries are easy to read for my old eyes. Back cover details acct # start and end date. I use these for checking and savings accounts. Each book is for a different bank account. I'll be ordering more 4-book sets or just subscribe and save for my daily use accounts. Easy for me to buy these items vs printing full page templates. I like the size of these registers.

This is the second time I purchased this item. As I noted earlier, this is a simple register for tracking small expenses and credits, just like the ones you get with your checkbook. But this particular item is rather spacious and contains sufficient number of pages. Also, the paper quality is much better than the regular bank checkbook. It would be great if the price were a little lower. This is not a sophisticated accounting ledger with all kinds of bells and whistles.
