Nice. Just nice. The neighborhood is planning a garage sale, and as one of the leaders I now have less responsibility in keeping up with every small detail. We will be using this tagging gun on all of the clothing being sold, and we will no longer have to guess prices once we start to gain foot traffic. We started tagging clothes yesterday, and I promise having this gun makes us feel official. It is very easy to set up, the instruction manual gives you 4 steps and that's all it takes to get going. I'm sure I will have this for a long time as it comes with thousands of tags. Also, I like that it comes with a needle cover that snaps right onto the gun, so I don't have to take it all apart after using, especially since I have a young child at home.

Bought this gun and tags to connect a long run (60') of curtain panels so they would hang and move together as one, worked great, easy to remove tags and replace when curtains come down for cleaning. Very happy with this purchase.

A few days before my sale, and the gun doesnt work. Its been jamming and acting up for a few days, and today the needle is stuck beyond repair. I am so angry. I bought this gun based on the reviews, and I am sorry I did. This thing is junk.
UPDATE: The company contacted me directly and offered to either replace the product or refund the cost. I opted for the refund. I'm changing my review to reflect their positive customer service. I cannot change my review of the product itself but I can honestly say this company did everything they could to rectify the situation and for that, I'm grateful.

Very easy to use and love that it came with so many plastic things using it for a garage sale and I still can't believe it so cheap and great quality
