I found that fish sticks to the stainless steel pan when i tried to make fried fish, so i bought this pot. I also did not want to buy teflon coated pots, because the teflon flakes off after a while. This Copper Ceramic Square Non-Stick Ceramic Pan has been the perfect solution. My fried fish comes out perfectly, and the pot is easy to clean. In addition, the square corners allow fro easy pouring of grease for disposal. The pot is now my go-to pot when making fried foods.

This is my second copper pot, about all I use. It will last with use every day for a few years however be sure to clean the bottom pot diligently or else grease will accumulate .. Do not know how this happens but it does.
