Recently I had been doing some research into the benefits of added Brazil Nuts to my diet for the natural addition of Selenium to my diet since I have been hypothyroid for the past year and a half. Please note this review is not to diagnose any medical condition so please talk to your doctor I am simply just sharing why I originally started searching out Brazil Nuts.
I was having a hard time finding them in any local stores where they were just raw in a larger size so I stumbled upon the I'm A Nut brand in Amazon. The price was good so I decided to give them a whirl
I ordered the 2 lb bag that comes as a resealable plastic bag. The bag did come labeled with the lot code and expiration date of 11/04/24. These are unsalted raw Brazil nuts that I only eat about 2 or 3 a day to get the addition selenium in my diet without taking a supplement. You can see from the photos that these are ample sized. They have a neutral taste that is totally fine.
So if you are looking for Brazil Nuts this is definitely a good buy if you want some that are fresh tasting!!!!

So far these are some of the freshest and most flavorful Brazils I've ever had. I take a few out to snack on at my desk and keep the rest in the freezer to retain freshness. I'll update if I hit some "clunkers" but so far these are top of the line. yum. hard not to eat more than I should. : )
