I like how they work fast and effective but wish they were easier to apply. It's difficult to apply to your own ear in the right spot however I'll buy them again. Just wish they could make an applicator thingy. They are so cheap I would think replanning the way you apply them would be still affordable and worth it especially for migraines.

I heard about ear seeds from my acupuncturist (who is amazing & cured me of chronic sinusitis after 3 years of being constantly sick). I looked at the kits that only cater to one issue (depression, anxiety, weight loss) but quickly realized there are many sites that show detailed pictures and that the kit was incredibly overpriced. So I bought these & I'm happy with them. They are a bit tricky to get off the plastic, but if you bend the plastic, it is easier. I did not find that this messed with the adhesive. They were fairly easy to apply myself, and while I felt warmth/activation the first night (which is normal in acupuncture), I forgot they were there. They stayed on through showering & swimming, and finally I took them off on the 6th day. At 600 these will last forever!

These seem to do what they are supposed to. However, having the bandage looking backing, just gives it a bad look. Not many people want to walk around with little bandage looking dots all over their ears.
