main compartment annoying and clasp broke after a few weeks

I liked it initially--enjoyed the size, style and organization (particularly the mommy pocket), but after a few weeks of use began finding it annoying to have to unzip the entire main compartment to access most baby items. When you unzip it, the whole front flops down and then requires two (free!) hands to zip up, which is hard if you are holding the baby on the changing table. Also, the changing pad is difficult to get in/out of the side compartment (you have to turn it one way then re-arrange inside), while also being small for babies older than a month old. It holds a moderate amount of items--great for day-to-day, but not many extras. These concerns took away the hesitation to return when the metal (magnetic) clasp on the outside flap broke after light use.
