This is a good product at a good price. We have used several of these units and are very happy with them. Reliable and maintenance free. Batteries last a long time.

We own a restaurant and I cannot explain how great this is for washing hands. It is sooo much better than worrying about turning the faucet off in a hurry. 100% recommend.

excellent product makes my life easier

We bought this item because we have a special needs child who loves to play in water. She turns the hot water on, and eventually burn her fingers, walks away and leaves the water running, and running...
This faucet has eliminated that worry, but..And there is always a "but"...
It takes time to get used to using this faucet. You will not longer be able to toss anything into the sink. The sensor will activate and your stuff will get wet.
Installation was not the easiest thing I've ever done, but I finally got the fittings to stop leaking, and managed to maneuver the water lines around under my small sink, only to discover that the actual faucet moves on to of my sink. The product description says the plate comes off, but I don't have a clue how to remove it. Whike I would like to remove that plate to avoid water spot clean up, I'm still trying to figure out how to keep the faucet from moving back and forth on top of the sink.
As another side note, I discovered, only after I purchased a new sink drain fixture, that this faucet unit does not have an attachment to allow you to install the drain opener. You either have a constantly open drain hole in the bottom of your sink, or you can reach in under your sink, and manually open and close the drain plug from there.

This is an attractive faucet that does exactly what it promises. It is motion activated and it does a great job of mixing the water temperature, although I still have not figured out how to actually adjust my own hot/cold balance, the factory setting seems to be working, and so far it is doing exactly what I wanted it to do. It keeps my little girl from getting burnt, and prevents having a constantly running bathroom sink.

Bought 4 for our office bathrooms. Installed 3/4 so far, the final one is about half done. On installation #3 I noticed leaks coming from temperature dial. I removed dial and swapped in kit #4's dial and it worked great. Took the leaky temperature dial out and popped the Red/Blue cap off the end revealing a phillips head screw, unscrew that and you remove the dial. There's a ring that is screwed into the top that holds the plastic temperature control dial in place. I took this out and made sure the plastic temp control dial was seated right (VERY important), it HAS to line up with the two dots underneath so it can create a good seal. Once I had re-seated the plastic internal temp control mechanism, I screwed the retainer ring back in, put the cap back on, NO LEAKS SO FAR.

It's a cheap alternative and 4/4 of the systems seem to be working great (after a little tinkering). Above the sink they look great, neck is a little short but that depends on your sink. Control box installs easy and works really well. Use **THREAD SEALING TAPE ON ALL CONNECTIONS** and I do not (currently) have any leaks. Will update if things change.

Overall I'm pretty happy with purchase. The pro-name alternatives (kohler and others) are easily 2x-3x more than this option and the Charmingwater look nice enough to pass off for a nicer brand. One-star taken away overall due to the need to tinker with the mis-assembled temp control knob.
