Ive never used a fuel additive but I tried Fuel Ox and was pretty surprised by the extra mileage I got. It a solid product. I recommend getting a bottle if you want your fuel to last longer. I actually called them because I had some questions and their representative answered my concerns. It's good to know their are good companies out there who truly have the best interest of the consumer.

I started using this product in March 2019. Ever since, I have been trying to find reasons not to use it, but I haven't come up with even one. My truck, Freightliner Cascadia, runs smoother and I currently have no issues related to regen. I highly recommend Fuel Ox. Quite happy with the product.

In the past, I've used Lucas Gas Treatment to get miles out of a tank of gas. I would buy a one gallon jug for $36 and then fill up seven 6 oz. bottles. That begins to add up in a hurry! Then, I tried Marvel Mystery Oil's Gas Treatment version in a one gallon jug for $17 at Wal-Mart. Same as the Lucas Treatment, I would re-use the 6 oz. bottles by re-filling each one with the same results. The end result was that a one gallon jug of gas treatment didn't last long. So, at a trade show in Providence,RI that I did a few years back, a vendor next to me was selling Fuel Ox fuel treatment bottle in different sizes. I asked her what the difference was in their product (a family business) versus other similar products out there, and she stated that their product will give you the same results but for only a 1/4 oz. dosage per 20 gallon gas tank. In fact, a 3 oz. bottle would treat 240 gallons! That's 12 tanks of gas from only one 3 oz. bottle using just a 1/4 oz. of treatment fluid. I got the 3 oz. bottle because it already has the 1/4 oz. measurement on it (similar to a bottle of Sta-Bil). After the bottle was finished, I saved the little 3 oz. bottle and bought this bigger 16 oz. bottle to refill the smaller one. A 16 oz. bottle will treat 1280 gallons. This is the only company that can brag that the US Navy endorses their product! I'm averaging about 40-50 more per tankful of gas on each trip.

We pull an 11,000 pound 5th wheel trailer with our 2008 Chevy Duramax Diesel. We use an air dam to divert air over the top of the trailer. Our experience with thousands of miles of towing prior to use of this product was an at best fuel mileage of 12 mpg and sometimes not even that. With this product and thousands more miles the fuel mileage as measured by the truck has been 13 mpg. It has been so consistent that I have gotten into the practice of resetting the computer every couple of thousand miles just to see if it will change from 13. It hasn't. With current diesel prices an 8% boot in fuel efficiency is a real money saver more than paying for the product.
