This has been an extraordinary experience all the way around. When first delivered, the tray and cover used to protect the baklava was damaged in the corner and covered the product with plastic shards. However, the seller was absolutely amazing at providing great customer service and quickly shipping a replacement. I couldn't wait to tear into these and they are delicious! They are everything baklava should be and then some. While this may be a pricey product, you get what you pay for and these are packed with pistachios, delicate top crust which is crunchy and beautiful, and the bottom crust beneath the layer of beautiful pistachios is rich with honey and hensive caramel from baking. They come in a hard plastic tray with a see-through plastic lid that is suitable for storing, serving, and gifting these beautiful gems. I can't recommend it enough and I will be buying it again soon as the family is eating it faster than I put it out.
