This shirt does not have a lot of structure due to the tissue weight material. It fits overly loose, and I think, unless I wear a jacket or a sweater, it looks very frumpy. I probably could go down two sizes and still fit. The only reason I am not returning this is that I like soft shirts. I can also wear it around the house to clean, because it feels like a nighshirt. I have not washed it yet, and I think it will shrink over time.

Based on reviews, I ordered a size down, buying a large instead of x-large. I gained 40 pounds over the past three years and have had a hard time choosing clothing that fits my new shape well. This shirt is outstanding. It drapes neatly and is very cool in the heat. Another plus is that should I lose the weight, it will make a great transition shirt as I move down a couple of sizes. I really like this top I typically vary between XL - 2X depending on brand, as a size 18. I ordered XXL & it fits PERFECTLY. The model in picture must not be tall, because I'm 5'4 & it hits me as long as it does her. I love the way it hangs, as some shirts this style tend to billow out from my large chest and almost seem like maternity top, but this is not the case with this shirt. I'll most likely order in another color I like it so much!
It's always a challenge to find the right fit for my size, at 5'9", with a long torso, but these are perfect!

If you are sick of having to buy huge tops because you can't find a decent shirt that's long enough to wear with leggings, then these shirts are perfect! So soft too! I'm 5' 9", proportionate, curvy with a larger chest, so I'm not huge, but I'm no twig either 😉. It's difficult for me to find a top that I like because I also have a longer torso than most. If you are a woman with extra weight and you usually wear a size 2x, don't buy the 3x! The 2x will be comfortable and you will love it! I now have one in black and one in red, they're exactly what my wardrobe needed. I'll probably be buying more in different colors soon too!
