The media could not be loaded. Very happy with quality and purchase! Took me one hour to install on an uneven surface which required drilling new holes in the aluminum for a 20 foot porch area. Vinyl soffit with wood support underneath. Surprised on how ends lined up easily for smooth transfer of carriers. Carriers are a plastic material with ball bearing rollers. We live by a lake and mosquitos have been horrible! This took care of that problem! Very low profile. Don't even notice it! 😊
