As you can imagine, this was a present for our 16mo baby. We found that he was intrigued by it for awhile, spending quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to put the blocks into the pegs. Even our 6y/o found himself amused by it. Its not only a good toy to preoccupied the baby, but also great for developing skills.

I liked that its built of wood and it is simple for young ones. The prices was ok, the durability I am concerned about the pegs. If the kid steps at an angle the pegs might break. My kid is just a year and a month and she plays more with the pieces than trying to put them back on the base. I would recommend for young kids.

Both of my kids enjoy this. But I will say that I specifically purchased this for my 1 year old. He took to it quickly and has almost mastered it after only a few uses. We use it weekly. I will add that my older child (4 yo) enjoys it as well. But she mostly just likes to take and hide the pieces from her sibling 😒.
All in all we love it. The colors are bright, the product is sturdy (can with stand being thrown, stepped on, and put in mouths), it makes them think and keeps them entertained for a period.
