very good way to carry iodine however iodine is sensitive to light so put it in a dark place to store as well as a dark pouch in a first aid kit so the light exposure is very limited.
Scam. Not Real Iodine, but Colored Water

I was excited to get this product because I think this is a very practical idea for a first-aid kit. So I looked eagerly forward to receiving my package.
But when it came, I was in for a big disappointment! I opened the package and used one of the iodine swabs and was surprised that the iodine was so watered down, that it didn't have any smell at all. If you've ever used real iodine, you know that it has a strong, distinctive smell. But this product smelled like - well - WATER!
And even though the liquid inside the swabs was the proper amber color, it didn't stain my skin the way REAL iodine does, but instead, the liquid inside barely wet wet my skin. This is not iodine, and in an emergency, it would be absolutely useless to disinfect a wound.
People, this isn't iodine. It is colored water.
THIS IS A SCAM.
I am returning this - and fortunately for me, this is a PRIME item and returns/refunds are easy.
