I really have no idea what's in this but it helps keep flowers from the yard or the farmer's market fresh all week long. When I buy from the store I get the packet from there but sometimes they don't have them. Forgot how many in the order but it'll last me a few years at the rate I use them.

I usually put 2 packets into a vase of fresh flowers every 2 days, as well as changing out the water and trimming the stems and I really think this is the key to keeping your flowers lasting a really long time! Depending on the flowers, I've had bouquets last me 2 to 4 weeks! Without flower food, I've never gotten fresh flowers to last over about 1.5 weeks. The key is changing out the water and trimming though. This will do you no good if you keep the flowers in the same water the whole time.
